Scope is designed to equip Christians for dealing with their own life’s issues and for ministry to others. The principles taught give a Biblical perspective on the root causes and the solutions to life’s problems.

NEW TESTAMENT
SURVEY Part II: |
Second semester of a two-semester course. This class is a survey of the New
Testament with emphasis on the application of
Scripture to counseling issues and focusing on the
character of God and the pictures of Jesus.
PREREQUISITE: Pneumanetics & NT Survey Part I **If submitted after deadline,please add $25 |

OLD TESTAMENT
SURVEY Part II: |
Second semester of a two-semester course. This class is a survey of the Old
Testament with emphasis on the application of
Scripture to counseling issues and focusing on the
character of God and the promise of Christ.

foundational sudy on the important Biblical principles used in
counseling. Includes lectures, Bible studies,
personal applications, and group discussions.

CHARACTER AND SKILLS OF A COUNSELOR, PT. I: |

First semester of a two-semester
course. A study of the character that is crucial for
a Biblical counselor and the basic skills that are
necessary for the counseling process. Topics include
becoming a student of the Word, prayer,
relationships; counseling goals and plans.

GRIEF SUPPORT
FROM THE SCRIPTURE: |

This class gives a unique approach to
grief, based on God’s Word, building upon His truths
an awareness of the grief process. A step-by-step
method is taught with an emphasis on the normal
grief responses in learning to mourn a loss in a
healthy manner. Class limited to 15 individuals! |

MANAGING YOUR MONEY: |
|
This class approaches finances from a biblical prospective. Money is the second most talked about subject by Jesus and touches every Christian's life. This class teaches what the Scripture says about money, what our finances say about our relationship to God, and gives some practical tools for budgeting and goal setting.

This class gives a glimpse of the Creator through His creation. We will cover the skeletal and muscular systems with practical application to our everyday lives. Additional reading required.

INFORMATION:
All classes require 3-5 hours of
homework/week. TUITION: $25.00 waived when deposit and
tuition paid PRIOR to
deadline date
of class. Class size will be limited! Inquire about
special rates for senior pastors of local churches and their
spouses.
