  • grace in the garden

Is Genesis just the story of creation? Or could it contain more than can be imagined? Let’s go on a treasure hunt to spy out the grace to be found in the Garden of Eden. The first three chapters of Genesis contain the very nature and character of Father God, His intention for His greatest creation – man, His great love and His grace in the midst of man’s complete and utter failure. These three chapters are foundational for the rest of scripture. You are invited back in time to see the God of creation in a new way.

Class begins online via Zoom conferencing on Tuesdays from September 8th through October 27th from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Deadline for enrollment is Tuesday, September 1, 2020.

  • law & grace

Grace supplies what the law demands. We were designed to live at rest with God and not in constant conflict with God. This class will help you transition from trying to trusting, obligation to privilege, duty to love, and from work to rest. Understanding these two different systems goes all the way back to the two trees in the Garden of Eden. Come join us for this exciting journey!

the earth. After each step He surveys His handiwork and comments, “it was good”. Starting in

verse 26 something new happens. God said, “Let us make man in our image.” What does that

mean to be made in the image of God? How does it affect my understanding of God and myself?

justification, and righteousness. He reviews the symbolism of baptism and the role of the Holy

Spirit. Paul addresses the topic of people using grace as a license to sin. He also answers the
